    Have 3 rump and no space to freeze yet, but would get more if Rib of Beef.

    That's what I am going to do with the Rump, haven't tried yet because dated 19th an no room in freezers yet. If it is Rump will be :D other wise will use for casseroles, braised steak and mince.
