My previous post is the first time I have opened up at all on the forum and well, you all made me cry, with tears of gratitude! I feel so much better now - the power of the elite

Yes, lists have been made already and actually it has given me something else to focus on rather than my mum. I have a lot of problems with my memory anyway (suffer from fibromyalgia among other things) so lists and I are very good friends.

As she sounded much better today I am now going on Tuesday so I can take her to the cemetery as it is anniversary of my brother's death on Wednesday.

I find cooking quite easy (famous last words) so it should be quite routine and if they don't have everything, they will know what to do.

My partner is very grateful as is his mum so that makes it easier to do. And as a final addition, my partner's ex is suffering from early onset Alzheimers.

So, thanks again. Head up and feeling better.

Do you think we should be able to bottle the power of the elite ?? Just think what we could cure

Hi, saw you mentioned Fybromyalgia and brain fog, please have a look at TPAUK.com which is a site about thyroid issues. I am a forum member there and have learnt loads about health issues that are diagnosed as Fybromyalgia, ME etc which are actually connected to poor thyroid function.

I got my niece a tablet last year, and hid in inside a cheap chess set box. Was really funny watching her pretend she was grateful, and about an hour later pushing her to have a game, and her eventually finding it. :D
so you fell for it when she pretended to be grateful for the tablet :p

Hmmm, maybe I should not have had those couple of sherries tonight. :o

She is only week away from due date today.

We did say if she was considerate she would have gone into labour while we were there and is under strict instructions not to start today/tonight so we had to return straight away. :rotfl:

Oh that must be so exciting :D
I do love babies! I just don't want another one for myself :p :rotfl:
OH's daughter is due in January, can't believe how quick it's come round! Do you know what kind you're getting or is it a surprise?!

Just be very thankful you don't have any of the Elite living close by. A flash mob would arrive, rearrange your cupboards, fridge and freezer, do a stock check, make you a suggested menu list and a potential shopping list divided up into the cheapest stores and probably arrive with armfuls of assorted glitch items and generally be very bossy until you were back on your feet again

Like the sound of this...who lives near me? :T:T

It is a consideration but atleast you have mr ts to share driving.
I got a telling off for attending the baby shower hung over so had to watch myself.

He won't be driving anywhere tonight or in the morning for that matter. Whole bottle of Garnacha consumed in one sitting.

Think I will give another sherry a miss though just in case. :o
