WELL....he started a conversation earlier that went like this
'you know when you're a kid and you get a bike for Christmas?'
me: yes
'and you just have to go out and try your new bike out on Christmas Day?'
For the first time in ages I had to use my 'this conversation is not proceeding any further' look
Then he said he was just winding me up  ......testing the water more like, and I bet it was freezing
Think I would have wrapped up a stick with an I.o.u just think of the excitement he would have had before opening it:D

Hmmm, maybe I should not have had those couple of sherries tonight.
She is only week away from due date today.
We did say if she was considerate she would have gone into labour while we were there and is under strict instructions not to start today/tonight so we had to return straight away. :rotfl:0 -

I got my niece a tablet last year, and hid in inside a cheap chess set box. Was really funny watching her pretend she was grateful, and about an hour later pushing her to have a game, and her eventually finding it.
