Just be very thankful you don't have any of the Elite living close by. A flash mob would arrive, rearrange your cupboards, fridge and freezer, do a stock check, make you a suggested menu list and a potential shopping list divided up into the cheapest stores and probably arrive with armfuls of assorted glitch items and generally be very bossy until you were back on your feet again
    :rotfl:

If I could thank this post twice I would as I really do believe it would happen, although a rare poster here I wouldn't think twice if someone nearby needed help.

Cinime is a new mobile app that helps you get more from a trip to the movies. There are plenty of rewards and treats on offer to ensure you get the most out of your cinema visit. For starters there’s a bonus from selected cinemas on download, with more content, vouchers and prizes to be won and unlocked every time you visit.

Whenever you see the cinime logo, grab your phone and start looking out for rewards. Offers are available before and after the movie, so always keep your eyes open for cinime as there will be lots of benefits for downloading.

You can also use cinime to play along with the big screen in our film quiz before the movie and could have a chance to scoop free cinema treats for your next visit. Or you might get content from new films by scanning foyer posters with your app before taking part in on screen competitions to win fantastic prizes such as première or screening tickets.

Once you’ve got your snacks and drinks and found your seat, switch your phone to silent and leave your cinime app open. It’ll respond and interact with the screen while you sit back and enjoy the ads, delivering content, offers and discounts directly to your phone.

Cinime is currently testing in selected ODEON, Cineworld and Vue cinemas. Offers are subject to availability and Terms & Conditions apply.

    Westy, where are you?

No 1 minute exercise for today?

I've just surpassed myself and done all 10 in the row! (modified versions).

Amazed that I could keep going.
    :T:j

    Yesterday was a rest day.

See this exercise malarkey is not always about pushing yourself to exhaustion and getting sweaty all the time it does have its perks to. Don't fear it, make it fun, get someone else involved, enjoy it. I think it's generally considered that fitter people have better sex lives and sex could be considered a form of exercise so get that heart racing in a different way.... ;)

Though having said I do fear Max interval circuit in the Insanity programme. Why? Because I know it's going to hurt, push me to my absolute limit for hour, sweat will be poring, my heart rate gonna go just over 200 but I still do it, why? Nothing comes close to that feeling at the end when you have finished, that us what takes you back for more. That is my drug- without it iam nothing too much and aim nothing

What will it be today - cardio, core or strength? I think core.

And are we all looking forward to this Sat? with the possibility of 15 on the bounce :D:D
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

Possibly an iPod nano, definitely excited happy jumping all over the place children in the morning. The biggest prize here for me will be seeing the kids faces that they believe they have the best Christmas tree out of everybody, they were so excited about this.

    Well done :T
