Work Christmas meal tonight.
Usually paid for & arranged by Bosses.
This year they decided they wouldn't come, so we had to arrange & pay for our own meals.
Today we accidentally discovered (slip of tongue) that the Bosses are taking their other Business staff out tonight for a really posh meal :(

Really makes us, who work our socks off, as always under staffed & under paid, feel appreciated :mad:

You might be able to get a score yet if some really don't arrive like my last lot. But all 6 of mine arrived today in 3 envelopes.

Never had so much post. With stuff from solicitor, bills, and now DWP now they know mum had an estate. :eek: Oh and my very own cheque book.

Postman must have needed a sack just for our house today.

The last two arrived without names on them so they've been wrapped up and will be given away at Christmas

I rarely go to a BS store because there isn't one on my direct route anywhere
