My 4 x £5 refunds went into my account a couple of days ago - took me a while to find them as I couldn't remember which of my many cards I used to pay for them ! First time I've done well out of BS - hope its not the last .ELITE 5:2

Am I the only one who has not managed to secure a refund for my LYB cards.
August glitch it was BS 6 TS 2 as I never bothered to ring and they started to arrive and then only recently I realised I had not received one lot.
As for last glitch it's still BS 6 TS 0I was told they were definitely on their way over a week ago now. Still not here. :mad:
Are most peeps getting better luck from emailing and are you just asking for one order at a time. Think trying my luck all 3 at once may have been a problem.
I emailed them and moaned about 4 cards (2 orders) at the same time. They rolled over and agreed to refund them all within a couple of days. I used the 'party I wanted them for was last week and I didn't expect the cards to take so long'. I asked them to process refunds ie told them I expected a refund rather than ask them if they would do a refund IYSWIM. Have another go and put on your assertive tone !ELITE 5:2

Yep, decs been up since last Saturday! House looks lovely and festive
DH and I did the big one in the living room when the boys were in bed so they had a surprise on Sunday morning.
DS1 has a little 3ft one in his room. He got to decorate that all by himself and I don't feel compelled to rearrange the baubles as I'm not looking at it all day:rotfl:

Bit the bullet whilst having a stressy day anyway and got DS2s school application submitted. Can now forget about it again until April

Rang back about 4 days later to say they still hadn't arrived and was told exactly the same thing.
Either phone again and insist on talking to a senior member of staff or email again. Emphasise how disappointed you are , both with their very poor delivery record and also with the curt and unsatisfactory response they have given when you have, quite understandably, asked for a refund for non delivery.
Them saying they have posted them is not proof of delivery and, if you haven't got them, you should have your money back - and a full apology for their rudeness. Sock it to them.ELITE 5:2
