That's very kind locarr. I don't drink tea. Have one coffee a day and a red bull every other day so I think I'll be alright. I was trying to be funny :o

No worries, I know a few people who down Red Bull like there's no tomoro! a mate has a can every morning and has dangerously high blood pressure, his doc warned him off it and it's now down to a more manageable level!:)

Am I the only one who has not managed to secure a refund for my LYB cards. :o

August glitch it was BS 6 TS 2 as I never bothered to ring and they started to arrive and then only recently I realised I had not received one lot.

As for last glitch it's still BS 6 TS 0 :( I was told they were definitely on their way over a week ago now. Still not here.

Are most peeps getting better luck from emailing and are you just asking for one order at a time. Think trying my luck all 3 at once may have been a problem. :o

I haven't managed to get a refund either TS :(

Emailed them but didn't get a response, so rang them about 4 days later and was told that I would have to return the whole order in order to get a refund and the cards had already been dispatched.

Rang back about 4 days later to say they still hadn't arrived and was told exactly the same thing.
