Am I the only one who has not managed to secure a refund for my LYB cards. :o

August glitch it was BS 6 TS 2 as I never bothered to ring and they started to arrive and then only recently I realised I had not received one lot.

As for last glitch it's still BS 6 TS 0 :( I was told they were definitely on their way over a week ago now. Still not here.

Are most peeps getting better luck from emailing and are you just asking for one order at a time. Think trying my luck all 3 at once may have been a problem. :o

    :)

I didn't want mine refunded as I was giving them to friends. But still not received.
Rang them yesterday to find out their membership No.s so friends could use them to place orders.
Was told they are OOS & to buy them from a store.
Meanwhile they would refund me them - it was done immediately

    :) HTH ;)

either the Doritos glitch has stopped working or it never worked in Scotland to begin with

I bought 2 packs BBQ rib and they came back as costing a total of £2 in A (which is what I paid), not £4

I got tihs email from costa
Just visit any participating Costa† on the 6th or 13th December between 2pm and 6pm, flash us your gloriously festive knitwear and we'll treat you to a free mince tart when you order one of our special Christmas drinks in Medio (that's the Snowman cup). Time to try your first Salted Caramel Latte or Black Forest Hot Chocolate, perhaps?
