Am I the only one who has not managed to secure a refund for my LYB cards. :o

August glitch it was BS 6 TS 2 as I never bothered to ring and they started to arrive and then only recently I realised I had not received one lot.

As for last glitch it's still BS 6 TS 0 :( I was told they were definitely on their way over a week ago now. Still not here.

Are most peeps getting better luck from emailing and are you just asking for one order at a time. Think trying my luck all 3 at once may have been a problem. :o

I emailed for each different email address used. Some were refunded, some not. BS3 Pacifica 3. The first email I sent had 3 separate orders (from the same email address) - one was refunded, two were refused as 'on their way'. These cards I was refused a refund for, on 25th Nov, have just turned up today.

QOC - are you still doing the 5:2 diet? I inadvertently did about 5 days fasting on the trot as I could not eat or drink a thing thanks to this nasty cough. My tummy looks tiny now. Happy days.

Good afternoon Elite from a cemetery cold East Anglia.

Spent the morning shopping in Norwich now home and enjoying a hot chocolate.

Thanks for the new thread

Lutz, brilliant news I see. You can breath a sigh of relief now that husband is home.

Hugs to those in need, or just have one for the sake of it x

Lagging behind somewhat so sorry for the lack of 'thanks'

Off to put shopping away whilst the house is quiet :)

Has everyone had their extra Tesco discount vouchers? One friend got a tub of Crawfords biscuits for free and one got a box of chocolates for free. Trust me to get the booby prize of a free Quaker Oat porridge tub. Boooo. Mind you, it's free so should not moan.

PS. Voice still not back. HELP!

:D:D I got free match makers voucher there 2 for 1 at minute so got 2free boxes :D only went for them as had major trouting over DD on boxes of chocs earlier in week I refuse to spend any real money in there.

I emailed and used the contact us on bodyshop page, just explained that on order it says 5 - 7 working days and has been well over that, and could they please refund me. Replied within 2 days and refunded straightaway.
