Am I the only one who has not managed to secure a refund for my LYB cards.

August glitch it was BS 6 TS 2 as I never bothered to ring and they started to arrive and then only recently I realised I had not received one lot.

As for last glitch it's still BS 6 TS 0 I was told they were definitely on their way over a week ago now. Still not here. :mad:

Are most peeps getting better luck from emailing and are you just asking for one order at a time. Think trying my luck all 3 at once may have been a problem.

Letter arrived from the Drs saying I need to make an appointment to discuss my blood results - they only do that when they are abnormal so that'll be confirming my suspicions then

Went to Tesco's earlier, managed to womble a £1.10 PP and a £5 note that must have been blown out of somebodys hand yesterday, didn't have long enough to do all the places where the wind would have blown, so will go back again another day x
