Qoc what happened with this, did you get onto them about it?
I had a rather frustrating live chat with them- frustrating cos my signal kept dropping out and I struggled with my phone. But they found the original conversation, refunded me and cancelled it again.Mildred1970 wrote: »We don't charge for the nativity or Easter performance but there is a leaving charity bucket if parents want to donate. We used to have open door policy for the summer play which is year 5 and 6 but there are usually 3 performances and found that whole families were coming to each performance and we were exceeding fire regs. Last year I think we charged £1 per ticket for evenings and 50p for the afternoon so people were more choosy about which performance they came to and tended to spread the family out over the performances. At the end of the day you will never please anyone and sometimes you feel like not bothering at all as it is over and above what we have to do.[/QUOTE]It must be really quite frustrating, a bit like having the joy sucked out of it, especially when you've put so much effort in. So thank you for doing just that :T
I know I cannot wait to see DS in his first playgroup concert on Monday - chances of crying = quite high
I always bawl when I go to my nephews. There aren't any restrictions in terms of filming and photos other than a request for them not to go on Facebook. And it's always free with no limits to how many can go. I always film it for his grandads, one is nearly always working and the other lives in blackpool.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards.
