    not sure if it is a problem at my end but I couldn't open it. It said the file was corrupted.

    I have seen that letter before. It's funny that he always knows that site "personally" and that every time he has "spoken to the issuer".

    Yep we've seen that little pile of drivel before in a couple of pepipoo threads, it's the one they've started using since they were told to stop actually telling people that a POPLA appeal would be 'doomed to fail' or something!
