Three 4G service

Hi all,

Anybody been able to trial the Three's 4G service?

Any idea of the speeds that it can offer considering their 3G service is extremely fast.

I noticed this on their launch page:

Surely those figures arent right considering the 3G is already faster?

James.

    Those are just "realistic/average" speeds.

Basically it's what you'd expect from the network at any time.

Here is an actual 4G speed test on the Three network from twitter.

I think the 3G speed they are quoting is the speed it was at launch, rather than what you can actually get today.
    1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
    2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
    3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?

I get 16MB on their 3G network right now.

I'm not sure whether to sell my Nexus 4 and get a Nexus 5 for 4G alone... is it worth it?

If you think you would benefit from the increased speed and it would be available to you then yes it could be worth it.
