Unknown silent caller?

2nd time this has happened in a week, last time I managed to leave them hanging for 3 hours before I got bored this time I'm hoping to beat that.

My mobile is on charger and is generally used for emergencies so no skin off my nose!

if you bought an 0870 number and used that in all online correspondence, surely when these companies start calling, couldnt you leave them hanging on for 4 hours at 1p a minute or whatever it is?

Frustin: There was an news article a few months back about someone who did this. The people who regulate the premium rate numbers were not happy from what i remember. There are rules about the numbers. You need to make callers aware of the cost for example so it might not work too well with a lot of online forms etc.
