I'd glad to see somebody agreeing with me. I commented on this in post #3 where I said that the power washer would "drive" the water deep into the tiles causing them to crack whenever it was frosty.
Why would they need sealed though? Are concrete tiles sealed when they're new?
that`s spot on, there`s supposed to be a glaze on them, and when these [STRIKE]gyp[/STRIKE] err travelling chaps powerwash, grab the dosh and run, you`re left with porous roof tiles that wont weather, neighbour had an acrylic sealant on theirs, supposed to stop the wet getting into them.0
