e2save price match?

has anyone got a price match from e2save before? i have done the price maych form on the website but never get a reply!

    E2Save have price matched for me several times. Just phone them and tell
    them where you saw the lower price - they usually tell you to call later after
    they have checked it out.

    Btw to call Customer Services free use option 2!
    Dont use the 0870 number.
