if you cannot do it again attaching your word doc and any evidence , then email them with the attachment in word doc format (or wordpad etc) , whatever works
you can email extra evidence in anyway , so a quick email with the word doc attached should be fine as long as you give name, address and ref number and your reasons for the email (for clarification due to formatting issues)
and when it wins, please come back and tell us, and add your success to the others in the POPLA sticky thread

We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
