Is there a 'G', on its own, on the confirmation? This will indicate if you have the Group Save ticket or not.

I've used RSH loads with CC points and booking multiple tickets. Never had an issue.

So I'm inclined to believe when messing around you've not added the kids on and not noticed as the price is the same.

This can happen because of group save.

The £10 per ticket, is industry wide and is imposed by national rail. So good luck fighting that one in court. They will never have just refunded or cancelled free of charge. Do you really live in the UK unholyangel?

I think it will have to be lesson learnt.

Here is what the confirmation says. It shows only 2 tickets ordered but i definitely ordered 4. Just after recieving the confirmation i decided to go through the process again and as i went to the second page, the childrens tickets were dropped from the order. I explained this to them. It doesnt seem to do it now though.
