  • It's dark enough now though, time for bed! Am so glad you're feeling better, and have found that keto is the way for you. How much weight have you lost so far?? And I'm so pleased that the meds seem to be helping Jelly hurrah!!! xxx

What a wonderful post Lilt. You just know your body so well, and Jelly's, and are healing it. Such an inspiration xxx

I second the thing about not feeling obligated to catch up! Do what you have to do to take care of you.
Excellent on the appointment, what a fortunate sequence of events including your lovely boss for all that she did.
I am having trouble a bit with LL on the light/dark front! He deffo doesn't appreciate going to bed when the sun is still out (7pm) and conversely he wants to be up and about as soon as it is light, if that is 4:30am who cares? (me)

    Sleep well xxxxxxxxx

I still have memories from when I was little, of being in bed in the summer when it was still light, and I could hear people mowing their lawns etc!! Very emotive that is..... especially when it was hot too .... can remember it so well! xxx

I actually don't remember going to bed early, I was the 3rd of 4 kids and I think my mum had given up by then LOL

    Thought for the day guys:

Thanks for all the lovely posts! I slept like a log, straight through what locals are calling an Earthquake. I have to be honest I may have put something slightly rude on the book of face to give people a bit of perspective as to what an ACTUAL Earthquake looks like. Devastation on the scale that Nepal is currently facing, this was not.

Was awake with the birds, enjoyed making my lunch, drinking a leisurely coffee and putting on trousers that haven't fit in forever and getting a lovely surprise :D they look good.

Stepup I am not sure how much I have lost. I will tell you on Tuesday when I weigh in at Le Docteurs but I think it is definitely going in the right direction.

Am drinking lots of water today. Mid morning snack was a lump of extra mature cheddar :rotfl: and have a nice salad with sausages and bacon on the side for lunch. Am feeling a bit crazy/manic and hyperactive today for some reason. I may have to go and blow some steam off at lunch instead of sitting at my desk working! :D

Have a lovely Friday people! xoxox
