You seem to be gaining motivation as your diet goes on and losing the pounds. Well done you in every way. Yesterday went to London, VE Concert in Horse Guards Parade and wore my Fitbit as I knew I would be doing loads of walking. At lunch time I checked it and had walked over 13.5k steps - couldn't wait to check when I got home and it said 5.2k!!! And then that disappeared. Absolutely gutted and no details recorded!! You are doing so well with yours. Xx.:j I belong to Mike's Mob :j0

Ha you wouldn't say that if you could see me now BILLIE :rotfl: - I haven't been wearing it today as it needed to charge up (was that what happened to yours?!) and so I have done the grand total of 1792 steps! :rotfl:
I know I have done a few thousand more than that but I am still going to draft in my lovely neighbour while I go out and stomp around for an hour or so tonight to try and drag it up over 10k.I've also got some rocky style running up and down the stairs on the cliffs to do if I want to reach that goal as well.
I have to say, great as it is and motivational etc, I already did a lot of walking so fitting more in is hard! And my back which has been fairly stable recently has been hurting the last couple of days.
I weighed in today. Lost nowt, gained nowt. Suppose there is something to be said for the latter but I am bummed. I am thinking that probably swapping out a meal for a keto-coffee at work actually did me no favours and I need to EAT. So that is a goal for this evening too, to cook up some lunches for work again instead of leaving it to the last minute.
Breakfast was 2 slices of bacon, cooked in coconut oil with 2 eggs thrown in on the top (not scrambled) and 30g's of cheese added on top. It was rather late as Jelly has been ill and we went to see if we could get in at the docs today. So no lunch so far, which isn't helping my cause. Will make up for it with a super balanced dinner. Am counting up carbs and protein trying to work out the best dinner as I type.
but right now, I have to wake up the poorly little lady and get her to try and eat something (that will be a negatory) and then off to the docs again for the appointment. 10 to 6. Sigh. xx

Peaty YESSSSSSS!!!! Congratulations!! I knew you would get it, you little hero!!
Big weight off your shoulders number 1 eh, but what an amazing feeling for you!!

apple not good news really, quite frightening in fact. My little lady has dropped from the 60th percentile a few months ago down to the 9th. She is horribly underweight considering where she was at 60, she never had any chub as such even then so you can imagine now, she looks half starvedI know you know the worry of not eating well and enough all too well, so you know how hard it is
Anyways I managed to present symptoms, a diary showing clearly the issues we have had over the last few months, and my personal thoughts on it, plus family history, to a sympathetic Doctor who immediately gave us some horrible ranitidine for her tummy, and due to her being undersized she can only have 1.7mls of it! She also (:T) got us an immediate referral to the paediatrics. So have cancelled the appt in a couple of weeks time and replaced it with another one to check on her weight and health with the same doctor in 3 weeks. If she hasn't started to pick up weight by then or has worse still dropped any in the interim time (I have to weigh her weekly) then I need to whizz her straight back in.
The medicine should hopefully help if any of her issues with being sick are due to reflux related problems. I only mentioned it as a possibility to the doc as she is most often sick when she is asleep/lying down and always has been since she was tiny.
Fingers crossed please folks! xx
