One week you are writing labels; the next you are running the show.
You are amaaaaaaaaaaaaazing!
Glad your mum and dad are down for a bit; hope Jelly stops throwing up (again); and wowzer to the shopping - I only just managed to follow your account of it!
Well done on the steps malarky. I only just hit 1000 (!) by 2pm and only got dressed at 3. Oops. But 4 mini bunnies are compete and a delicious chocolate brownie cake thingy has been made.

Just wrote a reply and lost it.....you certainly have had a Guardian Angel watching over of you of late, but you deserve it. With regards to work I think your bosses are fully aware of your capabilities to get a job done and they trust you, so well done. Sorry to hear that Jelly has been poorly again, what were the results of her check up at the Docs following the last sickness? Xxx:j I belong to Mike's Mob :j0

I love the whole post - the painkiller storage obvs..
I have also had the exact same experience with the same shop in the same circumstances but my non scan item was a pair of bras!!!!,
I too had a few other items, just wish I had more as I only paid for a third, sometimes you wonder how many people actually do fiddle the machine?? its not like the self service ones that shouts at you each time you dont scan quick enough, or you put it in the bag and its weight doesn't agree or for heaven forbid you take your card out of the reader too slowly.. you are greeted with a stearn voice... maybe all of the machines should be like this no way you could not scan something, the woman would know...
im glad you have been able to spend time with your folks, sorry to hear that Jelly isn't well and that work is a nightmare hope it gets easier for you real soon :-)I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Banking & Borrowing, and Reduce Debt & Boost Income boards. Hahaha!! Ruth & Apple... my labelling job is on hiatus until there is someone to move 300+ files for me to label :rotfl: - don't worry, I still get the menial crazy stuff. Curse my 'great handwriting' - apple you have seen it. Childlike scrawl is more accurate eh :rotfl: anyways I also have to somehow do the accounts for the month (colleague in China for a few weeks) on top of this influx of work from someone who is paid twice what I am  - I am honestly debating going in tomorrow whilst Jelly is at nursery just to get some stuff done.
I know they know my worth etc etc, and I know I am perfectly capable of doing whatever it is they throw at me. But sometimes I wish they would stop taking advantage of it quite so much and give me some exams to work on and a career path instead of just being able to do the stuff without half the exams. Still my own fault for having a baby :rotfl: wouldn't swap her and would much rather work to live than live to work!!
dfw SQUUUUEEEEEEEE I am coming to find out!!!!
Peaty sewing box was £3.99! Win!
Right I am just off to sneak in and say a quick hi to a couple of folks and then I am off for 5 minutes skipping then into the bath with a good book and some epsom salts before I seize up entirely. Have been for a walk this evening which took me to 12k steps as I was at 7k again. Happy enough with that. Am just trying to burn some extra calories really.
P.S about epsom salts. I may have bought 25kg yesterday:o:o

You would be so proud of me.
They all had fish and chips on Thursday night. I cooked myself a quick stir fry with prawns and a splash of sesame oil and soy sauce.
Friday night we went out to eat at a spoons, and I had mixed grill again and offloaded all the carbs onto other plates. I even had tap water
Yesterday I cooked minted lamb burgers for dad, mum only wanted chicken roll and salad but I persuaded her to have some smoked peppered mackerel with it and I had the same. They had magnums afterwards and I was angelic and had a glass of water.
And today I cooked a giant roast chicken dinner, with 11 types of veggies and mash, and just had chicken and the spring greens, kale, broccoli, cauli, green beans, courgette & sugar snaps
I think I need a gold star or something because then I gave them another magnum! I actually have not once in 3 weeks (tomorrow) gone off my diet... ONCE. There is something wrong with me :rotfl:
The only thing I need to do is drink more water. Am only managing a couple of litres. xx
