Yay well done on the weight loss chick!!! That is fab. I know you said you didn't think you lost anything so you must be feeling really good

Lilty, you are disappearing! Well done you.
Wow to H&B shenanigans and delivery mishaps.
What colour are the new trainers? Do they flash as you walk?NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
They do not flash :rotfl:
They are....BLACK. With a lilac and black inner lining. So boring. Karrimor running shoes for the road with extra support.
Thanks for all the wood's to weight loss. i really actually thought I wasn't following plan properly and could not have lost anything so am pleased with that and spurred on to do better next week (not more weight loss, just stick rigidly counting the fat vs protein and carbs!

I was hoping for trainers with lights too
Karrimoors are good though Lilt, got a pair for dog walking that are 5 years old and still going strong.

wood's to weight loss? Even I don't know what I meant there :rotfl:
They are so super comfy Ali, they could have been bright lurid orange and I would have probably got them!
Don't tell anyone this but some of the JB's stuff may have been a little tight to the point I wasn't really comfortable in it. That was a mini LBM there... followed by the docs and that scale, and my migraines. Touch wood, a week without one today! xx

Thanks buddy!
I think I might have cracked it today. The diet I mean. No hunger issues. I have felt really good, alert and on the ball despite 4 hours sleep. And I haven't craved anything sugary at all :j
On the other hand I just got owned by 10 minutes of Pilates. I am going in the bath to recover with my super awesome epsom salts. And reading a book. And am now hands off on all things electronic.
Have a lovely night all xx
