I remember DS having an electric guitar with microphone - shouting Wheels on the Bus into it doing his head-banging impression. Sure I lost a bit of hearing that day :rotfl:

Lol thanks ladies and gents I actually don't blame the malibu but I blame my phone as I posted the first one then decided to quote and came onto the laptop to quote but forgot to delete the last message :0)
I have a fair few videos of my nieces the one that sticks in my mind atm is the one of her at legoland recently trying to drive the cars and her just zig zagging from side to side and me laughing behind the camera,
don't you just love the spontaneity of children and their singing, its like all the songs they have ever learnt just jumps out at them and gets merged into one, the other day my niece starting singing the song she leant at nursery from christmas, I did say to her are you getting some practice in for this xmas and was told its not a christmas song but a nursery song, and then continued to sing her heart out - bless their cottons

Morning diary
Well... afternoon really but it has been a relaxed kind of day and I am still drinking coffee so in Liltland it is morning.
I finally got up the courage to talk to YNAB. And it was fine! Absolutely fine. I still have £24 left to budget through the month and all of my pots for this months birthdays/meals out etc are still in the black with everything donemy groceries are on the high end, but I didn't really take into account feeding my parents for the time they were here when I budgeted it so I am happy with it really and the house is stuffed with food in reality, as long as I get creative and start using things I stockpile for fun!
my only bugbear is £7.98 is missing from my cash account and I cannot for the life of me remember what for! :wall: - this is why I don't use cash and why I was so horrified when Jellytot took £100 out. Useless with cash
Weather is very changeable. Nice now, was raining earlier. Big clouds whizzing over. Am going to attempt drying washing on the airers by the open bedroom window again. All the new clothes for madam plus a new bedsheet for me which was a gift from my Pop
Am irritated with HMRC. Have no tax code, still.. so I won't actually know what I am due to be paid until it arrives and that isn't very good for the girl who loves to plan years ahead...
Am going to look at making some of this for my work lunches for next weeknom!

step so happy to have you back from your holidays!! I did miss you!!
thanks for the :kisses: and back atcha :grouphug:
It has indeed stayed balmy although the wind died down a bit so my washing is not exactly dry but it smells lovely as does the house and it will continue to dry overnight I am sureI left the window wide open accidentally last night so the washing dried beautifully last night
Have:
1. Ironed and kondoed the washing that was dry today and put it away
2. Got the load that I washed earlier hung out and fairly dry
3. Watched part of the lion king with the worlds wriggliest child. She was ready for bed in her pyjamas with wet hair way too early after eating dinner slightly early so I decided to whack one of her two new disney dvd's on. Yeah that lasted all of 3 seconds. She would not sit still then got stroppy and threw the remains of her dinner, so she has been put to bed an hour ago and I have heard nothing from her! She must have been tired!
4. Stacked some homemade tomato sauces in takeaway containers in the freezer for easy meals
5. Googled some recipe ideas to get rid of quinoa and an overabundance of tinned beans of varying varieties.
6. Played with a lot of play doh
7. Cleaned the kitchen after cooking madams dinner
8. Chosen a chinese takeaway and about to order it. Grubs on Him as he is on hollibobs and here for once!:D

great message there at the end Lilty, I almost bought a poster last weekend with a very similar message, and it was red, white and black which are the colours in the main bedroom, but i didn't for the obvious reasons
sounds like a good day minus wriggly stroppinessbut all part of the threenager fun times i guess.
chinese take away = mmmmm.
perfect day for laundry.. i got 2 loads done and dried with the perfect combo of warm sun and strong gusts!

It is from a website Me&O directed me to Levi and it is framed and eyewateringly expensive at £45 plus postage. But I do so love the message.
I'm sure red white and black has a hidden meaning...
Yay for laundry!!! My baskets are almost very emptyat least not enough to even scrape together a teeny load of washing
with a small this is a challenge as you well know
Jelly has actually been really good recently, compared to the total meltdown of a couple of weeks ago where no one was sleeping. I don't know if it is not being able to get out of her room or the repeated removal of things that she throws, everytime she throws them, but the temper tantrums are much shorter lived, she apologises, and she picks things up.. often without either being requested!
