There is a CIFAS category for people who work in the financial industry who are found to have been fraudulent or dishonest upon application for a post.
It's truly horrifying how bad your knowledge is actually.0 -
We'll have to agree to disagree!!!!!!! Will update this thread once I get paper copy of disputed address. Glad I've enlightened you on the public notice bit & that not having a linked address is by no way 'dishonest'. Like to give a bit of my wisodm out daily....now cmon...lets put this one to bed. I also had many, many 'vulnerable' people e-mail me/write in offering their thanks for my work. A good few were potentially suicidal. I'm sure your intentions were good.
Once cleaned up other file will update everyone & the mystery of equifax saying order drops off 6 yrs from date of order & the IS saying 6 years from date of discharge??!0 -

Yes it's on the London Gazette website for ever.Still rolling rolling rolling......<

I'd love to know who you work for so you could be reported. Your arrogance when you're wholly incorrect really is horrifying. I can only hope half of what you've said is false with regards to your work.
There is no mystery it drops off your credit file 6 years from the order. Surely YOU should know that in your "job" ?0 -
Hi Rizla King-thanks for that. Like I said, if asked will probably tell them. It was to do with a mortgage shortfall that I had no idea about. Was not working at the time & so CCCS/CAB advised Bankruptcy. Without going into too much detail on a public forum, I'm NOT on the London Gazette Site or indeed my local paper at time of bankruptcy. The Official Receiver 'at their discretion' can opt out of publishing your name. The other places it appears are on CRA files (but drops off after a certain time-should deffo be 6 years-think the insolvency service are wrong in saying 6 years from discharge-stepchange & equifax have both said 6 years from date of order) & the Inslvency website-but as said they drop off within 3 months of the BRO/BRU or order finishing.
Thanks for the posts.0 -

Report me??? What have I done wrong? Lets agree to disagree. The
info I have re: 6 years is 100% what I've been told-also phoned some ex-collegues & the CRA'S. What was a mystery, Tinkerbell is that the Insolvency Service say its '6 years from discharge'-strange.
Look-no-ones always going to agree on a public forum & if interviewed will probably mention the BR if mentioned. The stuff about not being on the London Gazette is true-without going in to much detail in public if someone is vulnerable, under threat, the Official receiver at their discretion can opt 'not' to publish this info.
Also-the addresses not being linkedd-as explained there is nothing dishonest about that at all-if you don't lie on the form. As stated the onlt thing I used was a pre-paid card which does not ask about bankruptcy & if you'd been at your new address 4 years (or was it 3-can't quite remember)-you don't have to give previous address.
We're not going to see eye to eye on this so lets leave it & talk of reporting me.:beer:0 -

Interesting-thanks for the link. The world is very 'big-brother-esque' lol!
I note though that a company has to be part of the 'CIFAS Staff Fraud Database members list' to apply for this search. So not all prospective employers can do this type of search.
The world is very big brother now! There are databases for example that are sold if you say have your post re-directed & don't opt out of marketing texts & other things.
They're watching us!0
