Just seems to take time. I had to try a few times then got the you can only buy one message but nothing in my vouchers and no email. After about 20 mins it appeared in my vouchers and then 10 minutes after that I got an email.

No issue for me- two on two accounts using the Bpay button with details from previously. No errors and immediate with email straight away.

Might be worth saving for use next time as worked well on the amazon vouchers the other week too.

Amazon voucher went through much quicker than this.

I think Bespoke offers need to sack their IT company what a farce!

OK, so I've just tried again - and it went through:j Got the voucher and e-mail almost immediately. This was my 6th attempt - so I'm now completely paranoid that more than one payment will be taken from my account

I tried 5 or 6 times to get the Amazon one last week and kept getting error messages after I had put my card details in but they only took one payment so it should be okay
