I got the same but it's come through emails so I can still get the code. Check your email

Incidentally, OH just tried to buy, and although he had the same messages appear and hasn't had an e-mail, he does have a voucher in the "my vouchers" bit :mad: Typical! I'll just have to borrow it
Mine went through fine
Use from 4th December to 18th December though, so no Xmas gifts with it

I was getting the same error messages, but after about the seventh attempt it's finally gone through!0

I got it and have it printed out. I didn't get the usual "verified by Tesco"(Tesco Mastercard) secure screen that I normally get with online transactions. No email from Bespoke offers either, it just appeared in the vouchers section

Got the screen but it disappeared before I could enter details. But when I checked 'my vouchers' a couple of minutes later, voucher was there. No email. This was my 4th attempt after getting error messages, one only etc. Hope only one payment has been taken....Did those who have bought get the verified by screens for password etc?

BEWARE their system seems to have a glitch. Both my son and I waited up to get a voucher each and we both had the same experience. Had to try several credit cards to get the deal but kept getting a message saying 'something has gone wrong with your purchase'. After several attempts, 4 for me and 6 for my son, we got a message saying it is one per customer and to look for our vouchers in the My Voucher section of the site. Neither of us has a voucher listed. We have each sent an email to try to find out if we have been charged for a voucher we do not appear to have. I will update my post when I know what has happened. I hope others have better luck.0

Still nothing in my email or account section. Attempted to purchase again multiple times.
Really wanted this I have to say but very close to giving up.0
