I'm giving up. It's like the Amazon deal all over again for me. Finally managed to get on their website and have tried to purchase the M&S voucher using Firefox, Chrome and Explorer and keep getting the message 'Something has gone wrong with your purchase.' I suppose I can go to bed feeling happy that I haven't spent money on something I don't really need!

well signed up to site and have tried several times using 2 different cards and either just processes time out then said one per person if i try again or just goes to a blank screen. demand i'm sure is high but c'mon this is rubbish

Have you checked on your bespoke account because they appear under "vouchers" and have the code for the Amazon one on it, so you could still claim even if you didn't receive the email.

It is the same with this M&S one & you can print it from that link.

If you read the offer T&C's the 18th refers to the last day you can return it for a refund.
Card is valid for 2 years.

Still nothing in my email or account really need to go to bed soon...

Those dates relate to the offer date. Bespoke Offers say "Spend it now or save it for a special occasion – your £10 M&S e-gift card is valid for 24 months from your first transaction." and the e-gift card itself states "This e-gift card will be valid for 24 months from the last transaction (transactions include balance enquiries)." So plenty of time to use it.
