Terrible T-mobile Upgrade Deals

Hi,

I am up for upgrade and I am getting really terrible deals at the cancellation department that are more expensive than their online upgrade. Anyone having the same issues?

Can't see them offering you much at the moment. Word has it they are trying to get all their customers over to EE.

I would avoid getting tied in to any contract longer than 12 months, better to buy your own phone and get a ovivo sim card or another sim only contract with the Moto G. T-mobile from my dealings say what you want to hear on the phone then give you something completely different when you receive your first bill a few weeks later, avoid to save yourself the hassle.

I have been with T-mobile for over 7 years, and they have been good price and quality wise but both are going down. The problem is I don't get very good signal from the other networks.
