BT Compensation Charges

Hi, Could anyone help me with what kind off compensation i am entitled too.My broadband went off on Monday 25/11/13 at first they said it was the hub,then it was a fault with the line,Appointment made for Friday the 29/11/13,engineer never turned up,another appointment made for 2/12/13 again engineer never turned up.I have now got another appointment for Thursday 5/12/13.I am trying to get some advice of what kind of compensation i will be entitled too once it is fixed.Thank You.:(

    Pro rata refund for the cost of the service while it was off - maybe additional amounts for the missed appointments, but not a massive amount.

    e.g. Service lost, if you pay £15 a month - that would be around 50p a day refund due. Unless you are on a business provisioned line where compensation structures are completely different.

    OR missed appointments nothing .
    A lot is going to depend upon the actual fault .

    Fault internal then you will be charged .
