Tablet bought during black Friday sales. company says it was a price error

I bought 2 samsung galaxy tab 3 10.1 from the online shopping site Very during the black Friday sale for £129 each and now they emailed me to say that it was a pricing error and they will only honour that price for one of the tablets and not both. They also told me that it will take a further 10days for me to receive my item even though I paid £3.99 for delivery which should be done in 3-5 working days. Just wanted to know if Very have to honour the purchase price on both items as I have received a order confirmation.

A price in a shop is a starting point for negotiation, that price doesn't have to be accepted by either the buyer or seller.
If they've sent you an order confirmation after you've made an offer that sounds to me like you've both entered into a contract. That means you're obliged to pay and the other party is obliged to deliver the right goods in the agreed time scale.0 -

With most online ordering, the contract is formed when goods are despatched.0 -
Are we trying for a record on number of threads about the exact same issue?0

You know what its like. People never read existing issues/stickies to see if their issue is already covered!
On the bright side, gives us something to do :rotfl:You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
And they are honouring orders so no need for any more threads... hopefully0

My order is now showing as item unavailable?
Spoke to a very customer service rep who read a statement to me basically saying I will get a call from the team dealing with these orders within the next 5 days0 -

They have been offering people one at the price shown - if you ordered behind others (likely) then they will need to get in touch with you in due course, as some point they will run out...given it hit here and HUKD.0
