Phone with fast 3G

Hello,
I need to buy a second hand phone. My only criteria is fast 3G and cheap. . I get 15mb on my iPhone 5s on three. When I use the same SIM card in a Sony Ericsson arc I only get 4mb.

Make sure what you buy supports HSDPA+ (21mbps), so be honest, anything recent will support that.
Of you're on Three then you can look for DC-HSPA which is up to 42mbps, but things that do that probably won't be cheap.0
