Update :

This is priceless. They've written to me again telling me that they are "disappointed" I haven't paid, and telling me my PoPLA appeal has been unsuccessful. They have helpfully attached a copy of the verdict telling me that the appeal has allowed and that the assessor has told them to cancel the parking charge. They are either total cretins who cannot understand plain English or else they are trying to pull a fast one in the hope that I am too lazy or stupid to check the decision.

Any suggestions on any further action? A complaint to the BPA about harrassment perchance?

I would definitely complain to the BPA and attach a copy of the letter and your appeal decision too

then maybe send Excel a personal costs notification (P.C.N.) if they dont cease harassment lol

In the end, I just blasted them in an email - suggest you re-read the verdict, do not contact me again etc, and I got a letter telling me they would very kindly not be taking any further action.

No apology.

Silly question but, do you sign and then put your actual name, or sign and keep "The registered keeper's name"?
