does anyone know what wapbill .net is

i've found the site..
its just that my son has received a few of texts today saying

your payment on the 21/06/07 at then says a time has been received .

we cant think what the payments are for
he's on o2 payg, i know i could just as easy change his simcard
but he's on an old tariff 100 mins or texts for £10

and he wants to keep that one
