Broadband connection in a new build

Does anyone know how i can contact my local BT open reach depo directly

i'm moving into a new build property in a couple of weeks, and the BT open reach address checker has my post code and all the posts codes on the new road in my development in completely the wrong place, this wrong place cannot get fibre optic broadband, but i have been told that the actual address can and quotes for the neighbouring streets all show that they can, but no one will give me a quote for it because they keep telling me it's not in a fibre optic area

i need to contact bt openreach to talk to someone to confirm if i can or cannot get fibre optic broadband on the correct address

you cant, only a supplier can
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Your area and exchange may be fibre ready but your little green cabinet may not have been upgraded. I am in this situation. All my neighbours can have fibre because the green cabinet that they are connected to have been upgraded, but mine hasn't.
