That's the spreadsheet updated with all the latest overpayments. We're now heading off on holiday for a couple of weeks so the next update will be w/c 25 August. Keep posting and I'll pick them all up when I get back.

Hello JCL, registering my first and probably only overpayment for August of £1000. I will be buying a flat mid month, so my aim of paying down my mortgage in a couple of years will disappear out the window.

I still intend to hopefully continue with meeting my challenge of overpaying £12k by the end of the year, but this will be out of synch as I will have increased the debt significantly.

Once I have some notion as to what I am doing and what financial footing I am on, I will hopefully come back and reset my challenge for the remainder of the year; in preparation for the next years challenge.

Onwards and upwards!

I have now acheieved my OP target for 2014 of £2000 which is great with 4 months to spare!!

The target for the remainder of the year is to get it to £2750 or above, here goes...
