Complaints about Open Reach - How do you do it?

After a very painful attempt to get recompense from BT for delivery failures and then in turn through the Ombudsman it appears that Open Reach are not held accountable for their failures and disrespect for the consumer.
How can I raise a complaint and request for compensation against Open Reach? - It appears BT and the Ombudsman can't hold them accountable.

Consumer contract or business to business? What was the problem (ie why are you seeking damages/compensation from them)? You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0

What have Openreach done that you believe you need compensating for? They are not liable to you as you are not their customer, any relationship Openreach has is between themselves and BT.0

Ultimately, you are not a customer of Openreach, so they have no contractual obligations to you.
Your contract is with your phone/broadband provider, which I take is BT. If their subcontractor (Openreach) fails to deliver, then it's up to them to sort it out.If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -
