Erronious charges for inclusing calls on T Mobile when porting number

Just thought I'd post this here.

Upon receiving my last T mobile bill I noticed that I had been charged for two calls that should have been included in my free allowance. There was some allowance unused.

These phone calls were made on the same day that my number was ported over from another network, and apparently the two calls seemed to slip the net and get charged. The T Mobile service adviser credited the cost of the calls to my account.

If you have ported your number into a T Mobile contract - check your bills carefully
