How can I find time to make these super-arty lunches

Can I make Nigri's (sp) then freeze them. Do i have to defrost overnight, or can i put them in bento frozen, or do i have m/wave rice then cool

hey AB, hey Triker, how totally weird was saying to dd this afternoon that we've got to do a proper shop and get back on the bento wagon, it seriously slipped over xmas and the new year and i know what you mean arkonite about expandindg waistbands, oh boy......will have to pop over to your blog and have another read thru this thread again..

I was showing my Mum all the bento gear I have collected and she was amazed She says it's no wonder we have such nice healthy and interesting lunches :rolleyes:

No, I still have it. The leaf one is ok, but I prefer my Miffy as I can nuke her

Kinda feeling better, it's the weekend so Mum and I will go out on Sunday for a girly coffee, chat and a de-stress thx for asking xx

ooh good, well dd has to leave for school at 7.45am and doesnt have lunch till 1.00pm if i put leftover stew in it would it still be hot at lunchtime??? going to have a go at the little breadcups make a change to having pastry
