Bryan Carter Lowell County Court Form

I suspect that you may have been sent the 'new' forms.
If so, the N149a gives you the date by which you must return the N180
You can agree to mediation, although I can't see it going anywhere in your case. If you are struggling with any other bits (new form is easier than the old AQ) it may be quickest to ask the court that sent it.

You should be looking at filing a N266 disclosure form.
This orders them to disclose all evidence or documentation they hold, not just what they are using but all of it.
Refusal to co-operate will see the case thrown straight out .
It will also make them very aware you are going at them.Be happy...;)0 -
I completed my questionnaire and have asked for the case to be transferred to my nearest county court. I searched for an N266 online but could not find it. I would appreciate if anyone knows where i could download one. Do i send the N266 to the court or to Bryan?0

You can make formal requests for disclosure of documents to be relied on and/or mentioned in the statement of claim using the Civil Procedure Rules regarding disclosure and inspection.
As I think has been said, the legal sections of CAG/legalbeagles etc are likely your best bet for advice on how to make those requests, and on how to get the court to back those up,Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Not 100% up the form names any more, but there is a standard declaration of disclose form, as said legal beagles forum run on this stuff.Be happy...;)0

I received a letter stating that the claim has been moved to my local county court and to await contact from them. I will look into the disclosure forms0
