Sounds like they think they'll be screwed if it goes in front of a judge. :)

I really wish i could have counter sued them because this is giving me mini stress episodes.....i'm not a person that gets stressed easily!

I need to know if i need to send them some sort of "f*** you letter", obviously not in those words. If i need to remind them that they have failed to comply with my crp.31 request and that their client has also failed to comply with my cca request.

What's in it for you if you (a) pay it off in full or (b) pay it off in instalments? That's what you would be doing if you lost the court case.

If they want to put a 'without prejudice' proposal to you then there has to be something in it for you - say a 50% deal. Given that they have so far produced no paperwork to evidence their position I'd suggest a 10p in the £ deal might be more realistic. You have responded to the court, as have they. The next stage is an allocation questionnaire followed by a hearing at a court convenient to you, where they can present their case in person.

I don't see the need to remind them of anything ahead of that.

I cannot pay for something that i didn't owe in the first place and even though they registered it against me, don't they still need to proof that it is mine? I am aware that people have said they can be purposely holding back evidence but in this case, seeing as i never signed up for it, i never signed anything, so i am struggling to see how they can pin this on me.

Do you think i need proper legal representation? because if this goes to court, all i can say is that it's not mine and somehow, i doubt that would be something new that the judge hasn't heard before. I don't want to get a DJ because i failed to present my case in a convincing manner.

So, i should just ignore Bryan for now and wait for the questionnaire or is there something else i can be doing right now?

Ok, my questionnaire arrived yesterday but was too tired from work to even look at it. How do i find out where my nearest small claims court is? The form said something about agreeing or disagreeing that its a small claims category. How long do i have to return it?

Surely the allocation questionnaire or the paperwork that came with it tells you how long you have to reply?
