That's is part of the issue the other issue is that its going into the second week after the release date and still no information on when I will receive my purchase, which if I paid for in advance with any reputable company I would have received on or around the release date.

It's approx a week but max ten days, you will have to go by the website, frustrating I'm sure.

Definitely frustrating, as most vendors that you preorder from offer it on the day of release or one or two days after, yet I'm still waiting ten days for some clear information on when I'm going to receive it.

Maybe I should have waited for the final out come to assume I'm being ripped off, but to have paid money for something I haven't received when I should have it by now, then to still not have heard back from the company to give me the common courtesy to let me know roughly when its going to arrive, sure feels like I'm being ripped off.

Had a reply from them "it will be with you shortly" so I asked does that mean its been dispatched, they replied. " no, you will be emailed when it is" So I'm none the wiser still

i am having the same problem with the ps4. i have sent a few email now with no reply. same old madbid selling products that they haven't got or can't get in stock. not got a chance of getting a refund or the ps4 before chrimbo
