Hi,
How are you going about taking them to court? Myself and my partner are trying to get over £300 refunded back from them as they didn't provide any goods and right now we are not sure what else to do as we have been emailing, writing reviews and in contact with our credit card company for help! Its so bad what they are getting away with!

Would not recommend Galaxy Stores to anyone! Myself and my partner ordered two items from them in Dec 2014, One item arrived but the other we got an email saying they wouldn't have it in stock till April, so we asked for a refund as it was over £300 and since then they have gone completely silent. We have been emailing constantly and are having to try and get legal help to get our money back from them. Also does not help there is no contact number for them. Completely disgraceful and they should not be allowed to continue!0

I recently bought a piece of furniture from these cowboys, (wish i had known that beforehand) and it arrived VERY damaged. The exterior box was pristine so i signed for it.
I have sent umptine emails, to no avail. The Live chat doesnt exist, there is no phone number and no response to my mails at all.
What can i do? Any help appreciated.0 -

Stay Away from GalaxyStores
Wish I had looked at the online reviews before using GalaxyStores who have kept my money having 'lost' an item i sent back to them for refund/exchange.
Completely useless communication - I had to chase them for updates, despite the fact they had my money and clearly [having seen the reviews about their awful collection/delivery and retention of customers money) no control over their supply chain or finances0 -
Don't use GalaxyStores as they don't deliver and as in my case when it appears it is the result of the courier losing the item they expect you to chase the courier and don't respond to any emails. Though strangely write a bad review on trust pilot and they refer it to their compliance team directly and contact you by email saying "This isn’t very helpful Tim…….. at the moment we have the item delivered to you by DX Couriers. Surely it is DX Couriers your complaint is against? This is showing as delivered some time ago at your address." strange as I believed my purchase was made from them and they chose the couriers with whom they wished the delivery to be made.0

I placed an order with galaxystores on the 27th March. Reviews at the time were so so, never had any issues online before so gave this company the benefit of the doubt... more fool me.
My order was meant to be delivered within 1 week.
Received an email staying this item is not in stock and will take 4 weeks, which i agreed with.
4 weeks later and still no delivery, to which they replied issue with manufacturer and offered me different items to choose from, otherwise it will be a further 8 weeks. Sadly none of the products they offered were as nice as the products i had chosen, so regrettably i said i will wait.
Those 8 weeks have now passed and i have emailed the company several times, asking where my order is to which i have had no response.
I have check recent reviews out online and it seems as though many others are facing the same problem in the last several months. Also today i have noticed on the website all their items say out of stock.
Still hoping for the best but sadly i think i will need to take legal action if i do not hear something back soon.0 -

Hi I have an on-going issue with Galaxy Stores. I bought a garden swing on 8 June and the wrong item was delivered. It was collected by the courier of Galaxy Stores before 20 June but to date I have not received a refund. Today they informed me that they were ceasing trading with immediate effect. I don't believe a word of it, but hope it is true for the sake of others. MY OWN PERSONAL VIEW - I WOULD NOT TRUST GALAXY STORES LIMITED. ALSO, IF YOU NEED TO ISSUE A CLAIM AGAINST THEM THEY ARE REGISTERED IN SCOTLAND - SCOTTISH COURT SYSTEM AND CONSUMER LAWS.0
