U could "borrow" a replacement from one of the dummy phones in CPW or get a replacement from Samsung probably @ £1+ £9.99 p&p or some ridiculous price LOL

Mine is sim locked to Orange, thought it would be as it has the Orange logo on the back of the phone but tried a T Mobile sim card, no luck its locked

well mine is unlocked i tried with a t mobile sim and it was fine.

Yes, top rear of phone, Orange logo, also phone packaging and handbooks have Orange Logo. Maybe you are lucky and have a phone that is not specifically designed for Orange customers. Some pages back on this forum someone has posted that his phone is not badged Orange and is not sim locked. Perhaps if there's been a lot of orders e3save have distributed some non Orange D500's to fulfil orders?

I also got an unlocked D500 from e2save (works great with a tmobile sim), it arrived today (ordered yesterday). no orange logo on it, no orange branded manuals in the box either

edit: it's black/dark blue

People on the other forum said that today they have received a dark grey version NOT black with orange logo at the back of the phone?

I believe that these are the new supplies? Black version must have been out of stock? and they are sending these dark grey version to ppl, these are also locked to orange...
