Where do I stand with this?

Have you seen a doctor or therapist for your issues?
Yeah. He suggested wearing ear-plugs. They don't help. Just cannot sleep through the day. Even after a shift I find it difficult to unwind. But this busy road where I live (constant lorries, busses, ambulances and police cars), plus my noisy housemates, is going to make it worse.0 -
It is quite obvious that you do not really want a job, by the number of restrictions you seem to be putting on. "I can't do this, I don't want to do that etc". Pathetic wimp sums it up quite succinctly.
If this was a day job there would no restrictions. This proves that I want a job, not that I don't want a job. Succinctly.0 -

What about for the winter blues and depression maybe CBT could help you there?First Date 08/11/2008, Moved In Together 01/06/2009, Engaged 01/01/10, Wedding Day 27/04/2013, Baby Moshie due 29/06/2019 :T0 -
Op, you want to try working on a biulding site in the middle of winter. Its so cold you need to break the ice in the bottom of the wc before you can use it.
You would benefit from changing your outlook on reasons to decline a job in preference to JSA.Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0 -
This is difficult. I do think it makes a big difference whether or not you have had a diagnosis of clinical depression (or just feel low)
This ^^^ if you have been diagnosed with depression make sure the JC know, they will make a note on your file regarding this. You might need a doctors note to prove this. If you have not been diagnosed by a doctor then unfortunately you do not have a leg to stand on, in fairness to the JC everyone could just say this, then nobody would be able to work nights!0 -
I have read your reasons OP and I do get your excuses, I would say you haven't got the job yet just go in to the interview with a negative attitude and show disinterest and I am sure you will not get it.0

I can cope with extreme temperatures.
My outlook has nothing to do with it. This is my health I am concerned about. Dear me!!0
