Boots.com Soap &Glory Make Up Sanctuary & Champneys giftsets glitch 1/3 off + 3 for 2

I've had a partial order delivery Email..I'm getting the 2 soap n glory make ups, but my free dolls pram is cancelled,
however,at the bottom of the Email it states "if you order something on 3 for 2, and your free item is cancelled,you will be reimbursed for one of the original items so that you are not out of pocket"
According to the Email though I'm still getting charged the full amount : /

For those who missed out first time, some of the Sanctuary sets have been restocked with 25% off (still 3 for 2) and if you buy 3 of the same item, it takes 25% off the original price for the 3. So for example, for an item costing £10, you can buy 3 for £12.50. Seems to only work if you get 3 of the same item, rather than 3 different items at the same price...

Not quite as good as the first glitch, but a glitch nonetheless.

Having a hard time doing the maths! Ordered 3 gifts that were supposed to be £15 each (reduced from £20), and 3 for two. Total came up as £25!

So the original price for all 3 is £60 (of which 25% is £15). Boots first applies the 3 for 2, which reduces the total to 2 x £20 = £40 and then takes the 25% off, which is the £15. Therefore, the final price is £40 - £15 = £25.

Just checked online banking and As suspected,I've been charged the full amount, plus an extra £4 for the pram that Boots cancelled, (which should have been my free item in the 3 for 2 )
so basically my " free" item, that I didn't even receive has cost me an extra £4... Duh, just my luck, lol.
