You're an angel! I'd not have thought of looking for this but it's my fave stuff (apart from elemis pro collagen which is mega expensive) and I managed to get one

Thanks OP, just got 3 Sanctuary candles and 3 Sanctuary luxury travel treats for the grand total of £22, and a free gift bag!! Didn't really need it ALL, but was looking for travel sized toiletries for mum to add to her xmas pressie, and I'm loving candles at the moment! Hope it all turns up!

hi has anyone else had problems receiving their items?

i had placed two separate orders one which worked out as 3 sanctuary gift boxes for £39.99. then the second order for 3 mini sanctuary treats which including paying for store delivery would be £13.95.

I received an email saying that they had cancelled 2 of the mini items and that the amount being charged now was £1.95 (price of delivery) and still showing one of the sets. when i went to collect yesterday it wasn't there and also they had problems with my £39.99 order saying it wouldn't book out so they had to get me to sign things and let me leave with £39.99 sets and they will book out today.

But i am completely confused as to whats happening with the other order? any ideas? sorry if i'm not allowed to post this on here.
