yes ive had problems with my order some of it has been cancelled first saying it wont be available from yesterday then at 11.30 pm last night said it was.

Ditto! It was a simple order though so local boots just allowed me to
take it off the shelves instead.

the email i got said you can track the parcel using link below..........and guess wot no link below.i ordered 3 santuary luxury treats and 3 champneys nail varnish..........but they are not delivering 2 sets of nail varnish. order was £28 quid but there charging me £12 now.

well what a nightmare i had. went to collect the order this afternoon as i had an email saying i could go and collect the three sets, get there and there was only one in it. no invoice in box or anything. lady serving me phone up customer services and i spoke with them explained what happened and the lady said yes there was a glitch in the system but still wanted me to pay £13.95 for one set instead of three. when i said no because it werent my fault she said ok i will get the lady in shop to refund amount, but assured me i would keep the 48 advantage card points.

Would only let the lady in the shop refund the £1.95 p&p so the lady on the phone said you do that and i will refund the £12 as a good will gesture. a good will gesture??? crazy.

Then when the lady in the shop hung up i got an email saying the order had been cancelled and that the 48 points had also been taken off my card. i wasnt very happy and even the lady in the shop said they should have honored that and let you take them off the shelf. she gave me the 48 points on my card and i left.

Then i get home to another email saying that they couldnt refund the £12 as my card ad expired and i have to phone them. couldnt get through so need to try in the morning. Was stood there for over an hour, not happy at all to be honest.

I placed a order a few days ago for x3 santuary body butters sets - £10 for the three.
Champneys nail polish sets x2 & a champneys gift set - £16 for the three.
One parcel arrived yesterday & another today, all in there very pleased, should of been £60! x

Collected mine in store today, apart from them not giving me one of the boxes and ringing me to say they think they've given me the wrong one (they hadn't just didn't give me all of them) which meant another journey back to Boots, all was good. Thanks again op.

I ordered 3 Champneys nail varnishes & 3 Sanctuary mini boxes collected complete order from store today cost £20.00 total although the order form wasn't inside the box but the assistant said there had been a few with the forms missing. Thx op
