Been out today to look at trellis aswe have decided the new fence is too short and come back with a retracting hose that DH has wanted for 'agessssssssssssss' (seriously, its like having a third child! :rotfl:) so my free trip out has cost me £40 :eek: . . . plus the £10 we spent on new toys and fruit sticks for the bird (ok that was me
)
On the plus side, both DH and George are being very quiet playing with their respective new toys:rotfl:

Afternoon
Today is the first day I have potted any money since 30 April as I have been using my bank card.
£4.50 potted today though
This time next week I will have completed my charity run. On Thursday night I ran 5k for the first time so I am a week ahead on the training. I went running again this morning and I did the 5k in 1 minute 6 seconds less than I did it on Thursday
I hope everyone is well xx

I'm always impressed with runners I couldn't do that for toffee
Good luck with it

Hi
Its a 5k for a local school, so not a big race.
I didn't think I could run, in fact, I couldn't even run for 1 minute, 4 weeks ago, but I followed the couch to 5k app and now I can run for 50 minutes non-stop and could probably go further if I really had to!!
Have a go, its does work. I run really slowly, but its still running. I think you are supposed to build up distance and then work on speed
