Oh my - I've just been given a £2 coin in my change, so of course that has had to be added to the pot - I haven't had one of those lovelies for a few weeks.

Popped £6 which was left from shopping yesterday into the pot AND I began snowballing one of my debts :j:j:j:j

You sound so happy with that, Chi-me, so am I for you! Be proud of yourself. :j

I see you've been well and truly bitten by the saving bug, mrsdalloway, very well done you!

{{{Hugs}}} to you too, ModestyB, and well saved. ;)

Nice work, Rosy, and a lot accomplished.

You would really regret it if you were to use your savings, Hicks, :naughty: too late for regrets come November. So keep up the terrific work!

You tell your DH your thoughts, Meowhouse, we need to keep them in check. Football indeed...!

I take it from your bubbly post, AlwaysHappy, that you're maybe somewhat happy with all you're saving?! Good for you, I quite thrilled for you.

Hi, my sealed pot number is 169 :)

I have just opened my first pot as we have a holiday this month and I want to put it towards spends:)

Taken £79 out in silver...yeahhhhhhhhh!!!!! That, along with £104 out of my £1 a day challenge pig makes a grand total of £183 for spends!! More than enough for a week walking in the lake district:)
Sooo happy as this is the first holiday(and I am 49!!) that we haven't had to take the spends out of our monthly budget!!
Thanks to everyone for their support.....I will start again when we return...I have a new sealed pot ready and waiting xxx

gilly41 - I'm absolutely thrilled for you on the GREAT amount you saved last year, excellent work!!!!!!! :j:T:j It's soooo good to hear you have the money you need to go on holiday. You have a really wonderful time and thoroughly enjoy yourself!! :D BTW, I'll add it to the Grand Total. :j

Hi potters. I haven't been on here for a while, life got in the way :(
and I haven't been potting.
But I'm back, given my head a shake and I'm committed to it again starting with 15 £1 coins. :D
Hugs for all you lovely people and I am going to try to catch up with this thread tonight.

    Lynn xx

Oh dear, Lynn, you'll need to be conscious of really saving hard from now on, but you sound determined so keep focused and strong! You CAN do it. :j

You've every reason to be so chuffed, littleangels3, keep that up and you'll be so happy with yourself in November. :D

I forgot to put my savings on here last week so it's £20 and 1p roadkill. Very happy with that little lot. :)

Have a really lovely Bank Holiday weekend, everyone, it should be a really lovely one.

I've filled another tin, so I counted and banked it, it came to £47. i'ma bit disappointed in the amount but I suppose every penny counts. I now have £180 banked and I'm on my third tin.

Forgot to add earlier in the week, but I'm on a mission to get a "free" turkey crown for Xmas this year.

I joined imutual and started doing the daily click (almost have £1 already) and aiming for £20'ish. Looking at 3 months clicking I'd imagine, but hopefully a "free" turkey crown for a few minutes per day whilst having a coffee. lol

Just added another £1 coin found lying around, so £3.40 for the day ................ so far.
