    I would love to join if that's ok? I don't have any targets as i don't have any real disposable income (no job :( but hopefully soon), but i will throw as many pennies into a pot as i can muster!

    Afternoon all,

    I was given all coins as change from the market today as they had no fivers... I've potted the lot! :)

    That's £8.13 in coins today!!!

    Plus, my wallet finally gave up the ghost today and dropped to bits :( luckily I have my old one which is still in (roughly) one piece and found a fiver in it!!!

    I was tempted to use it to buy another in the sale but this one will get me through another year I reckon :)

    So, that's a fiver in the pot with the £8.13 in coins which total a massive £13.13!!! Lucky for some, I.e. me :j

    P.s. I got excited and totted up what I have so far... I've saved £26.63 so far somehow!!!

    Afternoon to all old and new!! This is a brilliant thread and I'm sure we will all be really good friends by the end of the year at the going rate. £2.70 for me which includes 50p found on the floor (yay- my first ever found money - hope its the start of more to come).
